From Sales to Scheduling: Lyndsey's Journey

Before stepping into the world of exterior contracting, Lyndsey built her professional foundation in sales. That experience honed her ability to listen closely to clients, understand their needs, and set clear expectations—skills that now serve her exceptionally well in her role at Nelson Exteriors. In sales, every conversation matters, and every promise must be backed up by follow‑through. Lyndsey carries that same customer‑centric mindset into her daily responsibilities, ensuring that once a contract is signed, the transition from "yes" to "completed project" is seamless.

Entering the contracting industry in March 2024, Lyndsey faced a learning curve.   • Material Procurement: From ordering shingles and siding to scheduling deliveries of lumber and hardware, she works closely with trusted vendors to make sure job sites are fully stocked when crews arrive.
